I would like to send a big THANK YOU to Citizens for Responsible Solar for sharing your invaluable information and being a wonderful resource.  There is a utility scale solar project which was proposed via a Conditional Use Permit in a very residential area, affecting our home as well as quite a few others.  With the information shared by Citizens for Responsible Solar, myself and other neighbors voiced our concerns to the Planning Commission during the public meetings and contacted our Board of Supervisors.

I'm happy to say that the Planning Commission has recommended that the Board of Supervisors deny the Conditional Use Permit.  While, to our knowledge, the Board of Supervisors has not yet voted on the CUP, we hope that they will follow the recommendation of the Planning Commission.

I would also like to say THANK YOU for putting us in touch with Mr. Hollingsworth, who has been of most invaluable help in understanding the current solar situation in Gloucester County and who also shared his wealth of knowledge regarding the solar industry and equipment.  

If it were not for the help of Citizens for Responsible Solar and Mr. Hollingsworth, the invaluable information shared with us which we could then share with the Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors, we and our neighbors might have found ourselves stuck with a toxic solar field within yards of our homes.
